1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and boda88 ("boda88", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the boda88 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

Jurisdictional Eligibility: It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. boda88 does not represent that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions. Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by local law access the Platform at their own legal risk.

Registration Accuracy: When creating your boda88 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

One Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the boda88 Platform. Registering or operating more than one account — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. boda88 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any bonuses or winnings derived from such accounts.

Identity Verification (KYC): boda88 is required to verify the identity of account holders as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be requested at any time to provide government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawals pending verification completion.

3. Account Management

Account Security: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your boda88 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. boda88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Unauthorised Access: You agree to notify boda88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of account security. Until such notification is received, boda88 is entitled to treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised activity.

Account Closure by Player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting boda88 customer support. Upon closure, any pending bonuses will be forfeited. Funds in your account wallet at the time of closure, after satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements, will be returned to you subject to standard verification procedures.

Account Suspension by boda88: boda88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has: (a) provided false registration information; (b) breached these Terms; (c) engaged in prohibited conduct as defined herein; (d) used the Platform in a manner that is fraudulent, abusive, or harmful to boda88 or other players.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods: boda88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and select cryptocurrencies including BTC, USDT, ETH, and LTC. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit at boda88 is RM20. Deposits below this threshold may be rejected or credited at boda88's discretion.

Withdrawal Requirements: A minimum withdrawal amount of RM50 applies. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC identity verification. boda88 processes withdrawals to verified accounts as promptly as reasonably practicable. Average withdrawal processing times are approximately 15 minutes for verified accounts; however, this is not guaranteed and may be extended during high-volume periods or pending additional verification.

Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that are entirely your own. Depositing funds originating from criminal activity, on behalf of a third party, or using payment methods you are not authorised to use is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and report to relevant authorities.

Currency: All transactions on the boda88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. boda88 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the MYR equivalent of cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

Wagering Requirements Prior to Withdrawal: Where a bonus has been credited to your account, the withdrawal of funds may be subject to fulfilment of the applicable wagering requirements associated with that bonus. Players are encouraged to review bonus terms before accepting promotional credits.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the boda88 Platform are governed by the individual rules applicable to each game type. In the case of any discrepancy between these general Terms and the rules specific to an individual game, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

boda88 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for its virtual casino games. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within the relevant game interfaces.

boda88 is not responsible for any interruption to gameplay caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's end, device incompatibility, or third-party server outages. In the event of a malfunction affecting the outcome of a game, boda88 reserves the right to void the affected game rounds and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance.

Decisions made by boda88 in relation to the outcome of any game or wager, including in circumstances involving technical errors or disputed results, shall be final and binding on all parties, subject only to the formal dispute resolution procedure set out in these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the boda88 Platform:

• Using any software, algorithm, bot, automated system, or other tool to interact with the Platform in a way that gives you an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform operator;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, event, or bet;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software;
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, or allowing a third party to operate your account;
• Making chargebacks or reversals on payment transactions without first attempting to resolve the matter through boda88's customer support;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward boda88 staff or other platform users;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law while misrepresenting your location.

Violation of any prohibition listed above may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings and balances, permanent account closure, and reporting of activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the boda88 Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, game graphics, software code, text, images, and audiovisual materials — is the property of boda88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any boda88 content without express prior written consent from boda88.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, boda88 shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected gaming value due to technical failure or service interruption;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your account by a third party where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of your access to the Platform.

boda88's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their boda88 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit boda88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Responsible Gaming

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which boda88 holds its gaming licence.

Informal Resolution: In the first instance, you are encouraged to contact boda88 customer support to seek an informal resolution to any dispute. boda88 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes in a fair and timely manner.

Formal Dispute: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of your initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under boda88's operating licence. The decision of the designated dispute resolution authority shall be final and binding on both parties.

You agree that all claims and disputes shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of a class action, collective proceedings, or representative action.
